I went to Bariloche last december and rented a bike + guide services for a day. It was one of the best ride I had. For around 30$ I had a full day of riding with all gear and food included, it was amazing. Sure the bike wasn't the latest and greatest but it was well maintained and worked without a problem. The ride was wonderful, a great adventure with river crossings, high peaks, nice singletrack and amazing views. You can see my blog post here (in french) with pictures of the area

Can't wait to see Slayer in July. Along with Megadeth, this will be a crazy concert.
Seriously, I can'T believe they don't have a cable port. Onew more reason why I'll never touch a SRAM shifter/derailleur again
It amazes me how rough Macaskill rides his bike. I started riding trials to ride smoother and to improve control. It has really worked yet I see this extraordinary trials rider who seems completely out of control on rocky ground. He simply looks heavy on his bike, pretty much like a newcomer to the sport.
It's still admirable how he can react and get out of tricky situations. His recovery abilities are unequaled!
I suppose this movie was shot in BC where it is extremely bike friendly. Beign in montreal I always commute by bike in the summer and walk in the winter. Although it's not very bike friendly I've only had 1 direct encounter with a car (opened door 2 feet in front of me) in a couple of years. I stopped counting the close calls though as well as the shoutings-after-wreckless-driver...
Nonetheless I'll keep on commuting no matter what.
No radex I wasn't talking interlaced vs. progressive. I was talking taking 2 frames and blending them together into 1 to get a smoother motion at half the framerate.
Admitedly I never tried it but I figure it would work by giving somewhat of a mothion blur effect...
I'd have to give it a try
It's not like these wheels are a new product or anything. Looks like a wrongly placed ad...
Not to mention people's eyes see at roughly 30fps anyways...
Also, it is possible to achieve roughly the same effect of the 50fps at 25 by blending multiple frames into one. It gets smoother at a fraction of the bandwidth requirement.
Wow are those t-shirts for sale anywhere? I'd give my GF one she definitely is 100% more beautiful!!!!
Seriously, then you should just lower your prices beforehand... I won't go around trying to get a pricematch when I can give credit to those who lowered their price first. About Us
